Finally some good news to report out of the U.S. Supreme Court. Just moments ago, the Court issued a decision in McDonald v. Chicago, which effectively affirms that the Second Amendment's right to keep and bear arms applies equally to state and local governments, as it does to the federal government. The 5-4 ruling all but formally overturns Chicago's 30-year-old citywide gun ban.
